Are you a fan of tofu dish? if so, this food will satisfied your craving for it. this simple, super fast to make food and absolutely healthy, only take 25 minutes max to make, and the taste is just as good as it looks.
Time to preprare : 5 minutes
Time to cook : 10-15 minutes
Inggridient
Tofu, cut into 2cm x 2cm (cube shape)
Oil to fry tofu
3 Garlic (slice)
3 Red onion (slice)
Half of onion (slice)
4 tbsp Oyster souce
3 tbsp oil to saute.
3 tbsp soy souce.
100ml of Water
How to cook :
1. Prepare the tofu
Cut the tofu into cube, fry in the hot oil for 5 minutes or until they get crispy on the outside.
2. Prepare the souce
saute the garlic, onion and red onion until brown, put water, oyster souce, and soy souce in. Stir them all, put crispy tofu, add little bit salt, sugar and papper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Voilaa.. super easy right? you can always put chicken, fish or meat whatever you want it will only make it more delicious. .
